Y.A.M Tengku Sulaiman Shah is the second son of his Royal Higness, the Sultan of Selangor. Upon completing his education overseas, YAM Tengku retuned to Malaysia and became actively involved in business particularly in building constructions and housing development.
With his other partners, YAM Tengku formed Syarikat pembinaan Setia Sdn Bhd (now known as SP Setia Berhad). YAM Tengku is presently a shareholder/director of several Public listed companies such as Talam Corporation, Bina Goodyear Berhad, and Cosway Corporation.
YAM Tengku is indeed very hands on and takes a keen personal interest to develop businesses, capitalizing on his vast global networking.

Kadir Rashid is an accomplished Corporate Executive with over 20 years of experience in the corporate world. He obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Law in 2002 and pursued International Law from the International Business Management Institute in Berlin, Germany in 2018.
Kadir begins his foray into the business world of Advertising and Promotions, a world which is totally different from his education background. Having success in creating over USD 4,000,000.00 worth of accounts and billing, proving his ability to manage and adapt to various different business environment.
Developing skills and techniques that would prove essential, his next carrier move is into the industry of Corporate Finance , where he excels in Partnership Management, Investments, Communications and Legal Advisory. His role have provided him with extensive experience in Financial Markets. Risk Assessment and Regulatory matters.
A top notch individual with extensive experience in coordinating office management and special project. She has over 15 years of experience in senior management roles in security firms and other security firms. Her expertise lies in managing strategic business processes including business planning, governance and performance management while ensuring the organization achieves it business objectives.
Datuk Seri Mohd Shafiq bin Abdullah is a well-established public figure. He’s known for his dedication as the Secretary General to the Minister of Health and later rose to the Director General of Public Services. He served in these capacities for 30 years before retiring in December 2022.
He has obtained a degree from the University Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) and a Masters degree in Public Administration from Meiji University, Japan. Hence, his academic qualifications have enabled him to be a reputable force within the
public administration sector. With 30 years of experience, his knowledge of Public Administration and expertise as a Public server would prove instrumental to the success of our company. Thus, our leadership and administrative capabilities would excel tremendously with his guidance.
With more than 16 years attached to the company, highly skilled and competent Director of Operations, Shartiah Saad brings years of experience driving successful business strategies and initiatives. She possess a wide range of knowledge and experience that spans across the scope of office administration, field & site operations and overall manpower management of our guards and related operations personnel.
She had successfully developed and implemented strategic business plans, significantly expanding business opportunities, and managing all bottom-line factors to maximize efficiency and realize substantial revenue growth. She become adept in overseeing a full range of operational responsibilities—including P&L administration, budget forecasting, quality management, and deal negotiation to ensure outstanding corporate performance.
Her excellent skills in managing and mentoring teams’ positions makes her indeed a valuable asset to the company.
